C4S App Workflow
The diagram below depicts the the typical workflow for using soil spectra in the C4S App. Initially soil spectra are ingested into the system from a range of supported spectral instruments.
The user then adds some information about these spectra so that appropriate preprocessing of these spectra can be undertaken for standardising subsequent analayses.
The user can then select extra spectra from the CSIRO National Spectral Library using a range of predifined methods to help improve local spectral predictions of soil attributes.
The user can then use these local spectra combined with the National Library subset to generate a local prediction of soil attribute values or use the Global National models to also predict soil attribute values.
